Floral District Gable Box with Rosette

My Stampin Up order finally arrived today. I couldn't wait to see the new paper in person and make something. I made another gable box using the Floral District DSP. I used the directions found over at Split Coast {HERE} for the link. The paper rosette is a strip of DSP measuring 1-1/2" by 12" and scored at every 1/4". It makes a perfect size rosette for most projects.

Here is a side view of the rosette and box.

To hold the top together,
I used Modern Label Punch and fastened it with a silver brad.

Used the Stampin' Around Wheel (green flowers around the bottom of the box) before assembling the box. These flowers are on all four sides.

Close up view of rosette. Layered with scallop punch and hand cut flower and leaves from Betsy's Blossoms stamp set.
