Frankenstein Invasion
Finished up the Frankie Treat Bags for my nephew's Halloween party. These are made using various punches (1 is retired) and the top note die. I bought black bags at Michael's and cut the tops down. Frankie is glued to the front of each bag.

Lacy Christmas Snowflake Cards + Give Away
This week I built my cards on a square card bases. The measurement of these are 4 3/4" x 4 3/4". I found that using round elements on my cards made for quick work in finishing 12 cards. I think one of the best surprises was the paper from Stampin Up. I saw in the holiday catalog how they had used this paper to build gift boxes and thought, "That paper isn't thick enough." When I received the paper and took out a sheet it is cardstock weight, which made me review the product description. Yep, right there ((goes to show how well I read...)) in the description it said "cardstock weight." I do love a good heavy paper to create with plus the patterns and colors give a real vintage or antique feel to the cards when paired with a little 4" lacy paper doily.
